NOTES:

(1)  BIT – Basic Instructor Training, the first course in the NRA instructor series is required to be completed before attending your first instructor discipline(2) course.  BIT is required to be current within two ears of your last BIT course or refresher to add credentials.  BIT dates and registration  will be coordinated with you by the training team as the NRA system does not currently have a registration form for BIT by itself. If you take any instructor course with us, and you require BIT, you may take the BIT class on any date we have it scheduled before your instructor course date. If you have taken BIT with another Training Counselor (TC), we will need a copy of the course completion card, signed by the TC, to validate BIT currency.

(2)  Disciplines are: Rifle, Pistol, Shotgun, Home Firearm Safety, Concealed Carry, Muzzle Loading, Personal Protection, Range Safety (BIT IS NOT required for RTBAV Instructors

(3)  Instructor Candidate (IC) courses require current BIT (see (1) above) and completion of the Basic course for the associated instructor credential. The basic course may be taken from any current credentialed instructor for the discipline, and a copy of the certificate signed by the instructor must be provided to validate course completion if not taken with our training team.

I strongly believe in our personal freedoms and God-given rights, many of which are enshrined within the United States Constitution.  I believe our personal freedoms are constantly under attack from liberal and progressive forces.  I encourage all US Citizens to EDUCATE yourself on the Constitution, your freedoms guaranteed therein, and to use only those businesses that support ALL of your freedoms and rights.

I call for a boycott of these businesses or corporations that are taking action to erode your freedoms and rights: Dick's Sporting Goods; Field & Stream; WalMart; Levi's; Chipotle's; Chili's; Starbucks; Sonic; Target; Yeti; Panera Bread; WhataBurger; any business that posts signs on their premises indicating that you must give up any or part of your freedoms and rights to patronize them.
